Terms and Conditions

When ordering item(s) from Cyclemart, you are agreeing to the Terms and Conditions set out in this section. Your order will not be accepted if you do not agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

To create an order
Having chosen your product(s) from the Cyclemart Website, click on the order confirmation button at the end of the checkout process. Complete the payment for the total amount shown by credit/debit card on-line. At this point a sales contract between yourselves and Cyclemart is formed.

Price variation
Usually prices on our website reflect those displayed in store. However occasionally they may differ. We reserve the right to change prices and specifications without notice.
The prices set out on Cyclemart's website are inclusive of VAT.

Items will be dispatched as soon as possible after your payment has been received and verified by us. If the product(s) you have ordered is not available or payment is not authorised, we will contact you immediately. If a delay is envisaged in supplying your order, or the delivery period is going to be different to that indicated on our website, we will inform you directly.

Cancelling an order
If you wish to cancel an order contact us immediately by email or letter post. If you have already received the order that you wish to cancel you must notify us within 14 working days of receiving the items(s). To do this, state clearly your intention to cancel, by email or letter post. Your notification must reach us before close of business on the fourteenth working day; if you use letter post, a 'signed for' service is advisable.

Providing you have complied with the conditions set out, you will receive a refund of the full selling price of the product LESS any additional costs incurred by Cyclemart, such as carriage and insurance costs etc (Important – see also Returns)

All products are inspected before dispatch. In the case of bicycles and e-bikes, every machine is road tested after assembly and visually inspected for marks, scratches, etc. If you are not satisfied with your purchase contact us by e-mail or phone as soon as possible so that we can discuss the issue. If you decide to return the item, for replacement or exchange, please read the following

Important Note:

Keep all packaging such as bike box, protective sleeving and wrapping. This is essential in the event of you needing to return the product to Cyclemart. (see Damage Caused During transit)

You will incur the full cost of returning the product(s) to Cyclemart, Cilcennin, Lampeter, Ceredigion, SA48 8RS. A product returned to us for full refund must be in an unused condition. Any signs of damage due to usage, incorrect final assembly or transit, will result in a re-assessment of the products value by us. If a product is returned to us in a poor condition, it could be subject to a considerable devaluation such as would be reflected by its resulting loss of re-sale value.

Damage caused during transit
Great care is always taken at Cyclemart with assembly, testing and packaging of a product, before dispatch. However the possibility of damage during transit still exists; examine newly arrived good carefully – be mindful of any damage to the packaging and raise any doubts you have with the driver. Photographic evidence of any damage to the packaging is always useful if a claim has to be pursued with the courier. Do not sign for a package if you have good reason to believe that the contents are damaged. If you discover damage when unpacking the product – contact us at Cyclemart as soon as possible.

Any new product supplied to you by Cyclemart is covered by a statutory warranty. In addition to this, additional terms and conditions may be set out by the manufacturer regarding restrictions of usage, servicing and after sales maintenance. Please read your product manual and any accompanying instruction notes carefully.

Cyclemart offers a free road check after a period of approximately one month has passed after the purchase of bicycles and e-bikes. This is essential as a certain degree of 'settling in' can affect the componentry during this period. Remember: all bicycles and e-bikes require regular maintenance to ensure trouble free running.

Delivery times
Where possible we will dispatch orders within 1 to 3 working days of receiving your order. If a delay is envisaged, we will contact you immediately. Deliveries are usually between 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday. All deliveries must be signed for.

As we are unable to arrange specific delivery times, there is a possibility that no one is available to receive the delivery. In this case the driver will normally leave a card. This will enable you to re-schedule another delivery or collect from the nearest depot.

Collection of ordered products from our store
Pre-ordered products will be held in stock and reserved for you for up to 30 days from the date of informing you of its availability. Failure to collect the item(s) during this time will result in the loss of your deposit.
