We are able to diagnose and fix problems and then delete the error codes, on top of that we are able to update your bike with any new software as it becomes available. This saves you valuable time and gets you back on your bike quickly.

This is also handy for anyone buying or selling their Bosch powered bike. We can use this service to run off a diagnostics report and provide a print out of the eBike's history.

The report shows information such as Manufactured Date, Frame / Electrical Serial Numbers, Total Battery Charge Cycles, Current Capacity, Maximum Battery Temperature, Previous Faults etc etc. This is a really usefull tool for sellers as they can actually prove the history of the ebIke to potential buyers increasing interest and possibly even the price of their ebike.

We can either email you the diagnostic report as a pdf or hand it to you as a printout in store.
